BUSINESS PRACTICE - FOURTH LEVEL
The aim of this qualification is to develop candidates’ ability to apply their knowledge and understanding and analysis of business in order to evaluate business effectiveness and performance and contribute to the success of business organisations.
The candidate will be able to:
(a) demonstrate an understanding of the range of internal and external influences which may affect business activity in a competitive environment
(b) identify the ways in which the business organisation may seek to improve the quality of its operations and services
(c) identify the various levels of management information which can be used to monitor business performance
(d) demonstrate a general understanding of the interrelationship between management and employees.

3. Management Information and Strategy
4. Business Finance
5. Business Values, Culture and Quality Systems
6. Communication in Business
