BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION - SECOND LEVEL
The aim of the examination is to test the candidate's knowledge and understanding in the key areas of administration; office equipment, services and supplies; routine procedures, standards and the work environment.
The candidate will be able to:
(a) demonstrate a general understanding of the need for efficient administration, organization and work practice
(b) provide examples of effective business communications
(c) process information and follow instructions
(d) describe the uses of office equipment and services.
